Hi!
I’m Leigh Kendall, editor of Looking for a Bright Side.
My blog is about finding the fun and beauty in life. I’ll be writing about things I enjoy, and the things that make me, me: fitness, wellbeing, beauty, style.
I’m an award-winning writer and campaigner: you may also know me from my other blog, Headspace Perspective, which is the home of Hugo’s Legacy and my activism work. Headspace Perspective and Hugo’s Legacy aren’t going anywhere: I am so proud of what they have achieved and what they continue to achieve.
Looking for a Bright Side is about the lighter side of life, a true creative outlet for me.
It is also the home of The Awesomeness Project. Fitness has given me so much: helping me recover from post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as giving me a new-found confidence and zest for life. With my personal trainer, I want to share with everyone the benefits of finding a means of fitness and wellbeing that works for you, and your lifestyle. No goal weights, no calorie counting, no pressures.
